Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams (born April 13th in 1988) was an American actor and producer. Many media publications have named her the "Horror Queen" for her work in horror film. Between 2012 and 2017, she played as Marnie Micheals on HBO's drama-comedy show Girls. The show was nominated to win the Critics' Choice Award. She made her breakthrough with her character, Rose Armitage, in the Horror film Get Out (2017). It earned her nominations for MTV Movie Awards, and Screen Actors Guild Awards. The next films she appeared in were the film noirs like The Perfection (2018 and M3GAN 2022), which she produced. Williams was raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, her parents were the former NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams is the older sibling of Stoddard and Williams. Williams studied at Greenwich Academy and New Canaan Country School. Then, she went to Yale University majoring in English as well as being a member of Morse College and the St. Elmo secret society. When she was in New Canaan, Williams worked at an Ralph Lauren outlet store. She was also part of four seasons of the Just Add water improv group, and was a part of the YouTube show College Musical. The series starred Sam Tsui and was directed by Kurt Hugo Schneider, both were also students at Yale. She graduated in 2010 from Yale with the English diploma. Allison Allison Allison
